Will the price go up after the launch period?
Not for our first businesses — pricing is locked in for those who sign up during launch; pricing may change for those who join later.
How long does setup take?
Just download and open the Windows app — no install wizard. You can define your tables and print QR codes within minutes.
Does it work with my existing POS/cash register?
WHITE runs as an independent cloud POS. The infrastructure for taking payments through a physical bank POS terminal is built and fully verified in a test environment; a live connection with a real bank/POS device is in progress and not active yet.
What happens if the internet goes down?
WHITE is cloud-based and needs an internet connection to run; during brief outages, the mobile app automatically resends the order once the connection returns.
How do I get support?
Reach us via the email on the Support page — we typically reply within 1-2 business days.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no partial refund for unused time; your data isn't lost unless you delete your account yourself.
How are staff permissions separated?
Admin, waiter, and kitchen roles are separate — each role only sees the screens relevant to its job; critical actions like closing a bill or cancelling an order are admin-only.
Does it work with a self-service (waiterless) model?
Yes — the guest scans the QR code, browses the menu, adds items to the cart, and sends the order directly; no waiter has to take it. Whoever scans the table's code first can order, everyone after only sees the menu — which prevents mix-ups.
What can WHITE AI do?
On the guest side: it takes orders in plain language and only recommends real menu items. On the owner side (WHITE AI): you can ask about revenue, stock, orders, staff, coupons, and POS status in plain language and get real answers; it can also prepare changes like creating a coupon, logging stock, or updating a price.
Can WHITE AI change something without my approval?
No. For any request that changes something (a coupon, stock, price, order lock), WHITE AI shows you exactly what it's about to do first — nothing is saved until you tap "Confirm".
Can WHITE AI see or change my payment/POS settings?
No. WHITE AI never sees payment/card data and can't change POS connection settings — it can only display the current POS connection status.
